Pre-launch notice. FotoLuxo is not yet accepting payments. Sections describing paid processing apply when checkout is activated after payment-partner approval.

1. Operator and contact

FotoLuxo is a digital service operated by a sole proprietor registered in Serbia (“FotoLuxo”, “we”, “us”). The complete registered operator details will be displayed before live checkout. Product and legal questions may be sent to support@fotoluxo.com.

2. The service

FotoLuxo prepares digital and printable portrait-photo files for a document and submission channel selected by the customer. The service may check image quality, crop and position a face, prepare an allowed background, make limited technical corrections, validate measurable requirements, and generate downloadable JPEG and PDF files.

FotoLuxo is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any government, embassy, consulate, visa application centre, or document-issuing authority.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. FotoLuxo does not accept photographs of minors. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you are authorized to use it and that your use is lawful.

4. Your selection and responsibilities

You are responsible for selecting the correct document, operation, and application channel and for checking the authority’s current instructions before submission. Different channels for the same document may use different photo procedures. You must provide an accurate, recent source photo that truthfully represents the person.

5. Processing and attempts

The free preparation preview is not a final document photo and is visibly watermarked. A paid order includes up to three processing attempts. You may use a different source photo for a remaining attempt. Each confirmed processing run uses one attempt. You then select one result for the final package.

FotoLuxo will not intentionally change identity, age, facial structure, or other identifying characteristics. Some standards prohibit background replacement or other edits; those operations will be disabled where required.

6. Price, payment, and taxes

The initial package price is USD 2.90 or the clearly displayed local equivalent. The final amount, currency, payment method, and any applicable terms are shown before the customer confirms payment. Payment may be processed and sold by an approved payment provider or Merchant of Record, whose buyer terms will apply to the transaction.

7. Digital delivery

The selected final result is delivered as a ZIP archive. Depending on the selected standard, it may contain a digital JPEG and print PDFs for 10×15 cm, A4, and Letter paper. No physical product is shipped. The archive is intended to remain available for 10 days and may be deleted earlier by the customer. Processing cannot be restarted after the order is finalized.

8. No guarantee of authority acceptance

FotoLuxo aims to prepare the photo according to the selected published requirements, but the receiving authority alone decides whether to accept an application. We do not guarantee approval of a visa, passport, identity document, immigration benefit, licence, or any other application.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy. A documented photo rejection or a material failure of the delivered file to match the selected FotoLuxo specification may qualify for a full manual refund. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use FotoLuxo to impersonate another person, create fraudulent documents, evade identity verification, submit a misleading image, upload material without permission, test the service for abuse, interfere with security, or violate applicable law.

11. Intellectual property

You retain rights in the source photo you are authorized to use. You grant FotoLuxo a limited right to process it solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the ordered service as described in the Privacy Policy. The FotoLuxo name, interface, templates, explanatory content, and software remain our property or that of our licensors.

12. Availability and changes

We may suspend a photo standard, feature, or the service when requirements change, security is at risk, or a provider is unavailable. We may update these Terms prospectively. The version presented at purchase applies to that transaction, except where law requires otherwise.

13. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but without a promise that every source image can be converted or every authority will accept it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FotoLuxo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed appointments, travel costs, application fees, or decisions made by an authority. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Serbia, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their country of residence. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through the support channel.
