Privacy Policy

Pre-launch notice. The public preview currently processes a selected image only inside the browser and does not transmit it. This policy also describes the intended production service once payment processing is activated.

1. Who controls your data

FotoLuxo is operated by a sole proprietor registered in Serbia and acts as the controller for product-use and support data. Complete registered operator details will be displayed before live checkout. Privacy requests may be sent to support@fotoluxo.com.

2. Data we process

• Portrait photographs you choose to upload and temporary derived files such as masks, crops, previews, and final outputs.
• Your selected country, document, operation, application channel, and processing choices.
• Order identifiers, payment status, currency, price, provider references, and refund status. We do not intend to store full payment-card details.
• Technical security data such as IP address, device/browser type, timestamps, error logs, and fraud signals.
• Information you include in support, privacy, or refund correspondence, including evidence you voluntarily submit.

3. Why we process it

• To provide the requested preparation, validation, digital delivery, and limited re-download access.
• To process payment and refunds through the selected provider.
• To prevent abuse, secure the service, diagnose errors, and meet legal obligations.
• To answer support and privacy requests.
• To improve reliability using aggregated or de-identified operational information.

Where applicable, processing is based on performing the contract, taking requested pre-contract steps, legitimate interests in security and service operation, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Facial images

FotoLuxo processes a portrait to prepare the requested output. We do not intend to identify a person against a database, create a reusable biometric identity template, or use customer photos to train general-purpose AI models without separate explicit consent.

5. Service providers and international transfers

Production data may be processed by contracted hosting, storage, image-processing/AI, customer-support, security, and payment providers. Some providers may operate outside your country. We will use contractual and other legally required safeguards and will publish or provide the applicable provider information when the production stack is finalized.

A Merchant of Record or payment processor may independently process buyer and transaction data under its own privacy notice.

6. Retention

Uploaded photographs, temporary derivatives, and downloadable outputs are intended to be deleted automatically no later than 10 days after the order, unless you delete them earlier or a shorter technical retention applies. Security logs, transaction records, refund records, and legal correspondence may be retained longer where necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations, using the minimum data reasonably required.

7. Security

We use access controls, transport encryption, storage protections, limited retention, and operational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service. No internet service can promise absolute security. Customers should not send identity documents or additional sensitive information unless a support workflow specifically requests it.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy of eligible data, and to complain to a supervisory authority. We may need to verify a request and retain information where law requires it.

9. Adults only

FotoLuxo is intended only for people aged 18 or older and does not accept photographs of minors. Contact us if you believe a minor’s information was submitted.

10. Cookies and local storage

See the Cookie Policy. The pre-launch site does not use advertising cookies. The production product may use essential local storage to provide guest order access on the same device.

11. Changes

We may update this policy when providers or product features are finalized. Material changes will be shown through a revised effective date and, where appropriate, an additional notice.
