Before FotoLuxo launches
Is FotoLuxo already accepting payments?
No. FotoLuxo is currently in pre-launch payment-partner review. This website explains the intended product and policies; checkout will be enabled only after approval and testing.
Does FotoLuxo guarantee government acceptance?
No service can control an authority’s final decision. FotoLuxo prepares files against the selected published requirements and offers a manual full-refund review when a customer provides evidence of rejection or material nonconformity.
Does the service change a person’s identity?
No. Identity-changing edits are prohibited. Background, crop, light, and small corrections are applied only when the selected official standard permits them.
What happens to uploaded photos?
Production files are intended to remain available for up to 10 days, with earlier deletion available. This pre-launch local demo does not transmit the selected image from the browser.
