1. Current pre-launch website

The current static pre-launch website does not set advertising cookies and does not transmit the image selected in the local preview. We have not enabled marketing analytics at this stage.

2. Essential production storage

When the product launches, FotoLuxo expects to use strictly necessary cookies or browser storage to maintain security, remember consent and language choices, connect a browser to its paid order references, show remaining download access, and prevent abuse. Guest order access is intended to remain on the same device for up to 10 days.

3. Payment-provider storage

An approved payment provider or Merchant of Record may set cookies or similar technologies in its hosted checkout for authentication, fraud prevention, payment processing, localization, and legal compliance. Its notice and controls will apply in that environment.

4. Analytics

If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, they will be documented here and, where required, will not be activated until you make a consent choice. Refusing non-essential tracking will not prevent access to the core service.

5. Your controls

You can delete or block cookies through browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent guest order recovery or other required functionality. Deleting browser data may remove the local link to a paid archive.
